Product scope

Ticketmaster Simulator is an independent practice experience. It does not connect to Ticketmaster, BTS, venues, sellers, or real ticket inventory.

Data we do not collect

• No account, email address, password, or profile is required.
• No real card, wallet, payment, order, or billing data is submitted.
• No uploaded files or training history are stored on our servers.

Browser-local data

The current training run is stored in sessionStorage so a refresh can restore the same tab. Leaderboard entries are stored in localStorage in the same browser. This data stays on the device and can be removed through browser site-data controls.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare serves the static site and may process standard request information needed for delivery, reliability, and security. The simulator itself has no application database.
